I'm charged with one count, through Limewire which is full of it, often mislabled. They show the jury a video file of C.P. and thats it all rational thought is gone. "100% conviction rate"! Although you had nothing to do with the act in the file. You are charged with possession of a file, so why show it? Limewire and the gov. admit you can and do get C.P. without seeking it. I've never IM'd or chat roomed ever. I have no criminal history and am married for 10 yrs. My life is now over, literally. They don't even have to prove anything in court it is all only implied and thats enough. I lost my career, savings, and home because I hit an enter key! Oh yeh, the high recidivism rate has been disproven(Butner reflux), but you get sentenced based on what the gov. thinks you could do, this is absolutley unconstitutional, think about it.
