I feel for your clients. Your claim military tribunals are used to avoid constituional compliance rests solely on some non-sensical belief all detained terrorists were and will be coerced into disclosing information through torture. Yet you offer no evidence to support that belief. I’m sure you know that doesn’t work in court.
