The demand for consumer credit is still poor and there is no significant improvement in the housing market. The developed countries are surviving on their politicians ability to just borrow and spend into their economies which is difficult to maintain. Regards, Andra Tarwater. However. I would think someone should be prosecuted for allowing this man to molest children many times over and not stopping it. I would think laws are created to protect the people from both the lawmakers and the criminals. I am not so knowledgeable in all legal matters, but here I see someone has dropped the ball and this man needed to be prosecuted. I believe the evidence in the prior incidents NEEDS to be given great weight and with this new case, he should be charged with the prior assaults on the prior victims.
