Innocent men are placed behind bars. Some are due to the fact they cannot afford proper representation. I know of a case exactly like some of these mentioned. His name is Jared Littrell. He has been charged with a double jeopardy one being a murder.Based on the witnesses, DNA evidence, and crime scene the discrepancies are unbelievable. The witnessed had stated in this case that the man whom murdered another gentleman did not have facial hair, but Jared was placed under arrest the next morning and had a full mustache and goatee. Yet they still convicted him. They also stated that he was in a specific vehicle that in turn was actually in Dallas, Texas at the time and there was a maintenance man that had the same similar vehicle and was on the premises at the time this murder occurred. He was also accussed of being with two black people and murdering a white man. He is however a confirmed Arian Britherhood member. They tested for DNA in the room after they stated there was a scuffle but yet they found no DNA in the room from Jared or on the body. They test the prostitute that he was alledgly with him and found none but the third person they claimed that was with them they did not test or even finger print. He did testify (this third person) in the hearing that he was with them but yet they did not test for his DNA in the room or on the victim. I wish to ask if there is someone out there who can please look over the transcripts in this trial and get an innocent man released from prison to please do so.
