Don't hold your breath for criminal sanctions as well. Being a NC resident, I recently filed a criminal complaint with the U.S. Attorney for prosecution of Mike Nifong under 18 USC 241,242. The soccer player's Due Process, Equal Protection and fair trial rights were certainly violated by deliberate acts of Nifong and others.
